  • I first ask that you fill out an inquiry form to get started. There will be a few questions about date, location, size, and the needs of your event. From there, we’ll schedule a consultation, typically by phone. This will allow me to get a better feel for your vision and needs.

After the initial consultation, should we be a good fit to work together, we'll begin the booking and design process. I'll create a mood board and proposal to showcase design and pricing. A contract will be signed and a deposit paid to secure your event date.

We'll continue to communicate up until your event and work out any revisions that may be required. Once our design concepts are nailed down, you can relax and let me take care of the rest. I'll see you on your special day and make your vision come to life!

  • My current minimum for full-service weddings is $5,000.

  • This depends on the season you're getting married and what type of floral designs and setup your event requires. While full-service weddings can book anywhere from 6-12 months out, elopements and intimate weddings can be booked in a shorter timeframe from 1-6 months in advance, depending on my schedule and availability.

My recommendation would be to book your florist as soon as you find one that feels like a good fit. Calendars can book up incredibly fast, especially during the peak season of your event location.

  • In short, yes. Changes can be made (major or minor) but any changes that result in a deduction of overall price, cannot fall below 90% of the contract total.

  • That's perfectly okay! I've been in your position. In fact, when I got married, I wasn’t a florist and knew very little about flowers.

It all starts with one image, one element or one idea. I can help you through this process of figuring out what you like and why you like it. Together we'll be able to figure out exactly what your full vision is.

  • My designs are typically described as romantic, lush and organic. I use florals as my art medium and treat every design piece as a work of art. I design with the aim of being timeless but innovative.

While I typically draw clients in because of my specific style, I have years of previous experience working in retail and freelancing with other designers. This has allowed me to acquire the skills to execute most design styles. Check out my portfolio or Instagram to view some of my work.

  • Nicknamed Rose City, Portland is an incredible place for florals. We have an abundance of incredible flower farms and really amazing blooms grown locally from spring to fall. When local blooms aren't available or in season, we also have a flower market right here in Portland. Our wholesalers source their flowers from places such as Holland, California and South America, but I try to use local product whenever I can.

When working outside of Oregon, I'll work with wholesalers in the area, wholesalers who are able to ship, and local flower farms if I'm able.

  • Nope! All vessels are included in designs and are considered rental items that are included in the pricing. Unless there’s something specific you want, I have a wide variety of vessels in my inventory.

  • Yes and no. If there’s a list of flowers you absolutely love, I’ll do my best to see if I can include some of them, but this is dependent on seasonality and availability. If there’s a list of flowers you dislike (let’s be real, we all have some of those, don’t we?), let me know so I don’t include any of those. My personalized mood boards do include a page of potential floral varieties that should be available and in season during your wedding.

  • I’m glad you asked! All florists work differently and I am as involved as I can be throughout the entire wedding floral design process, from the initial inquiry, the mood board/proposal, ordering your flowers, designing and setting up day-of. I do have some incredible freelancers I bring on to help design and set up as needed, but I don’t ever outsource entire events solely to freelancers as some other florists may do. You will absolutely be getting my work come your wedding day.

  • I’m proud to say that I am a 100% foam-free floral designer. Floral foam, a mechanic often used in floral design, is not biodegradable or recyclable, and is known to include toxic elements. One brick of foam is equivalent to 10 plastic shopping bags. Instead of using foam, I use other alternative mechanics for my designs that can either be composted or reused.

In addition to being foam-free, all floral waste is composted.

  • This is a great question. It’s no secret that cut flowers don’t thrive in direct sunlight or extreme heat. With that said, don’t fret! I make sure your flowers are kept in my floral cooler the days before your event, up until delivery and set up. With good time management and a little planning, I also make sure to do any installs/set-up that may be in direct sunlight as close to ceremony time as possible to ensure your flowers aren’t sitting in the sun until morning till dawn. I also ensure your flowers are properly hydrated with a water source. I will do my absolute best to keep your flowers fresh and beautiful, but if your wedding day truly is 100 degrees in full sun, let’s talk further about floral options!

  • Yes - and I prefer to be on-site during any major flips that involve repurposing florals or a total set up of tables. Unless you’re having a simple flip where a coordinator, planner or trusted designated person can take over placing florals, I will be there to make sure things are properly in place in terms of your reception florals.

  • Nope! You enjoy your evening as newlyweds. I’ll take care of the cleanup, which is included in the pricing proposal I’ll send upon your inquiry. Typically, a wedding breakdown consists of me or my team returning after the event to leave no trace behind, take down any installations and collect all leftover florals and vessels.
